Rates
$4,800 per week during peak season for both cabins, May 28th 2022 through September 3rd 2022. Includes 20' pontoon boat. Rental is from Saturday to Saturday. $3,800 per week for both cabins and pontoon boat during off season.
The Bunkhouse is available separately during off season for $2800 per week including the pontoon boat. The cabin has sleeping for 6 with a full bathroom.
The island is only accessible by boat. There is a parking lot where you'll have space for 4 vehicles (2 in lower lot, 2 in upper lot), you load the boat at the parking lot and take a four minute ride to the island and dock.
Aluminum fishing boat is available for $250 per week.
Pedal Boat is available for $250 per week
Kayak's are available for $50/each per week
A second 22' pontoon boat is available for $1200 per week.
PET POLICY: Pets are allowed due to private location. Pet fee is $200 per dog. Owners must clean up after pet and dispose of waste properly.
SMOKING POLICY: Smoking will be allowed outside only and all materials must be picked up and disposed properly.
CLEANING POLICY: Tennants are responsible for leaving the property clean, particularly the bathrooms and kitchen. If left unclean, a fee of $185 will be charged.
LINEN POLICY: We do have linens for a charge of $20 per bed.
SECURITY DEPOSIT INFORMATION: A security deposit of $1500 for the Bunkhouse and $2000 if both camps are rented and will be required along with the final payment in a separate check. The deposit will be returned or destroyed within 5 days of rental termination providing no damages are incurred (including pontoon boat) and camps are in a clean condition.
